Memorial and fundraiser shirts

Shirts are ordered and printed in one batch for each campaign, so we can't accept returns or size exchanges once the order deadline has passed. Please check the size before you order.

Need to change or cancel an order before the deadline? Email hello@mazeink.com with your order number and we'll help.

Personalized and custom pieces

Personalized and custom items are made just for you and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the proof you approved.

Defects and errors

If something arrives with a printing or production defect, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@mazeink.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.
